No. This is like sublimation transfers. So if you have a polyester clothing (I won't get into specifics of % unless you ask) or a sublimation blank (like the coffee mug, tumbler, sign... then you could cut this and sublimate it. This stuff is like thick paper and you need high heat to sublimate (380-400° F recommended)

Having said that this is a great price if you want / can use it

No, this is sublimation ink transfer. It can only transfer to polyester and sublimation ready materials. You also can't really use an iron as it requires consistent heat and pressure, you will need either a real heat press or a handheld one like Cricut Easypress et al.
