Note that the One4All Ultimates that can be redeemed for 100+ brands are not included in this deal. The standouts here are the "Cheers to You" (which can be swapped for Home Depot), "Thank You" (swappable for Chevron/Texaco), "Happy Birthday" (for Lowe's) and "Weekend Vibes" (for Lyft), but even then, a $10 Target gift card reward isn't the greatest incentive. If you have a "spend a minimum of $X in Y transactions and get $Z in Target Circle Rewards" offer loaded to your account, on the other hand, these purchases will count towards those minimums and potentially make this deal better.

Note that the One4All Ultimates that can be redeemed for 100+ brands are not included in this deal. The standouts here are the "Cheers to You" (which can be swapped for Home Depot), "Thank You" (swappable for Chevron/Texaco), "Happy Birthday" (for Lowe's) and "Weekend Vibes" (for Lyft), but even then, a $10 Target gift card reward isn't the greatest incentive. If you have a "spend a minimum of $X in Y transactions and get $Z in Target Circle Rewards" offer loaded to your account, on the other hand, these purchases will count towards those minimums and potentially make this deal better.

agree- the yearly discounted target specific gift cards do not count towards those target circle rewards spend x to get z back... BUT these 3rd party gift card deals are solid times to double dip to get over those target circle spend threshold rewards to get extra value and closer to 20%'ish back.

The best that you can realistically get on these cards, outside of holiday seasons, is when the reward is a $15 Target on a $100 swap card and you have a Circle offer that those purchases can count towards. The $15/$100 deal is a little more likely to happen whenever Prime Day and its competing sales spring up in the summer, or towards the end of each financial quarter (which is when a lot of gift card deals happen so that merchants can inflate their numbers at the last second before reporting to shareholders), but outside of that, they're usually complete surprises.

Their absolute best is usually a $10 Target from a $50 swap card, or a $20 Target from a $100 swap card, but that's almost always reserved for the period between Black Friday and Christmas.

At best, this is ~9% savings and that isn't even taking into account how overpriced Target has become (which makes that $10 GC far less valuable). Make use of your credit card offers and you can get most of these GCs for 15-20% off on a fairly regular basis. Some of the food GCs you can even pick up for a better discount every day at Costco/Sam's Club.
