In my experience:
We purchased a rollator with transport configuration for my aging father who has a difficult time walking long distance. The rollator/transport style allowed him to use it as a rolling walker, and came with feet supports that allowed him to sit down on the rollator and have his feet supported (opposed to dangling) while we pushed/transported him on the rollator.
I'll admit, it was very heavy (30lbs or so), but it gave us the versatility of giving Dad a bit of freedom and peace-at-mind from falls when he used it to walk, as well as a way to transport him when he got tired.

1. This is the tall version of the rollator. The standard version is in the same listing, but is not at this price.
2. This is not meant to be pushed while someone is sitting in it (as some earlier comments discussed). It is just a rollator that someone would push while walking for balance and mobility support. You can sit in it for a rest.
It's a great product, really stylish, and a steal at this price if this works for you, however!

At the time (back in 2015) it was $190. It's currently at $250. There are some others that are a little more budget friendly.
