Past two metro deals I grabbed Razr and Moto G Stylus had 8GB of ram. This A37 has 6GB, there is also an option for a a17 or tcl which has 4GB.

Back when the unlock was 60days, i would always buy one of these as a spare phone, now that it's 365 days, its not worth it.

Tello has been my go-to, but I believe they are a T-Mobile MVNO so might not work. Maybe Infimobile, which has a $5 / mo. plan and can use Verizon. I actually have Infimobile now but have never tried porting out, hoping it's not a nightmare.

I've never used Lyca mobile, but it should work too since it apparently currently uses AT&T network. Oh and I've ported out lots of times from different places, just not Infimobile, not sure if that was clear. It's always possible, but some places make it more difficult.

Speed is important for gamers. Some apps are super slow because they operate like spywares (+300 MB program download).
Most Motorola phones support bootloader unlock, allowing the user to install the latest version of Android 5 to 6 years down the road. All Samsung phones are preloaded with tons of Samsung custom programs.

My kid has an Apple Watch phone number on his Apple Watch cellular version. He doesn't have a phone. Can u use that Apple Watch number as the port in ?? He's due for a real phone now and I want to stop paying for watch service.

The specs are decent and benchmarks say otherwise, but as I have both, the UI lag is much more noticeable on the A37 than the G Stylus. It's most likely because the A37 has that heavily skinned OneUI versus the G Stylus' cleaner Android skin and slightly more RAM.
