I got this last time it was on sale. The cable and device are compact and nice. Their is a paw print on the front that shows you how much battery is left. I got it for a device that has a power draw of 17 watts. And unfortunately it wasn't powerful enough to support it (Device would shut down or not turn on). So I don't think the power capability is accurate, or at least it cant sustain that for any period of time. I ended up paying a little more for a slightly larger Baseus model, also with a built in USB-C and that had enough headroom (45w maybe). So for slow charge this may work, but I'd shoot for a higher max watt output these days. I got enough of the cheaper 20 watt and under ones around the house/bags/cars now.

Try another cord. Too many cheap ones out there with the bare minimum conductors just to sell them. Get a better cord with a higher rated wattage.
I use this battery bank daily and it is much more useful than the MagSafe ones that slap on the back and charge a lot slower.

Small warning about this company and product:

I bought one of the earlier versions of this product a few years ago and recently got a recall warning on it. The instructions to claim the refund/new product said write "RECALLED" in indelible ink on the device and take a picture to submit on the website. I did that and they said "oh, that lot isn't under the recall so you can keep using it", so now I have a lithium battery I can't take on an airplane because it has "RECALLED" written in giant letters on it.

Thanks for the heads up. This is hilarious from a support standpoint. At that point, they should've just made you whole anyway. Such poor support immediately disqualifies a brand for me.

What kind of marker did you use that won't come off with rubbing alcohol? If that didn't work, try acetone (or just nail polish remover since it's usually the same thing). Acetone will literally melt the plastic if you leave it long enough, so start with just a quick wipe.
