I know this is a premium item posted. But so far, this cheap $14 pump from harbor freight has been amazing. I didn't expect to use it as much as I do when I first got it. I just need to get gas out of my generator. But man. It comes in handy. I think I even got mine for $10 on sale. It runs on D batteries. https://www.harborfreight.com/bat...63847.html

The Harbor Freight Battery-Operated Liquid Transfer Pump is a light-duty, D-battery consumer tool, while the Milwaukee M12 Stick Transfer Pump (2579-20) is an industrial-grade, heavy-duty utility tool.
The biggest differences are pumping speed (the Milwaukee is 6x faster), durability, build quality, and fluid safety.
Blazing speed: Moving 9 gallons per minute means you can empty a 50-gallon water heater or flooded utility box in under 6 minutes. The Harbor Freight pump would take over 33 minutes to do the same task.
Continuous commercial use: It is built for contractors to plunge directly into muddy ditches, flooded basins, and meters without burning out the motor.
Long-term cost savings: It runs on rechargeable Milwaukee M12 tool batteries. The Harbor Freight model will quickly become expensive if you use it enough to constantly burn through disposable D batteries.
Massive reach: The 36-inch rigid aluminum stick lets you stand comfortably while reaching deep into pits or tanks

They come with adapters so you can use 8 AA batteries. I have had 4 so far. They don't last long.
