Yeah, this company is scamming customers. I bought both the M616 and the M998, but they only sent me the M616. They're claiming the promotion was a Newegg mistake, so they're refusing to send me the M998 or even give me a refund! Complete scam.

Its not Newegg mistake both sold and shipped by Redragon. If they don't honor the coupon I'll leave a very bad review on Newegg.

Just got my Newegg order voided - Price error with a follow up email. "Newegg Gift Card from Order Added to Your Account Balance" $15 balance added. Seems fair to me.
