These have zero Nutritional value at all.

I honestly don't remember Pop-Tarts, but these are very delicious, toast up nicely, and are everything I could imagine a Pop-Tart being...I only eat this junk on vacation, and I have both Strawberry and Cherry waiting for me at my brother's when I arrive. I like to kid myself that the blueberry are the "healthy" ones Smilie
