Negative. As of 12:22 am PT on Aug 1st. It is still showing bill credit deals.
Home page shows "Cycle ends 8 days" so I am passed 21 days already.
Confirmed that it is a flexible plan.

WIll continute to update, if anything change.

nope, no referal. no promo at all. I knew what I was doing, I tried this a year ago and worked (Another account). Not sure what happen this time.
I submitted payment early for the first month just now, hopefully something change tomorrow when i wake up 🥲

I heard from two who did the same process and completed 21 days last week. The upfront discount deals were showing up for them. Keep us posted.

Referral doesn't affect it. I signed up on July 2 and I was good by late in day on July 24 for S26 deals, the fold deals were 24 mo for all. As soon as the fold went to direct I saw it. I have another account, a relative who will come up on 21 days on Aug 10. So that will be a data point

Some people reported issues but mine has been great so far. Though given the current deals I may wait to sell or trade it in until the s27. Not sure I will go for the Fold/Flip8. I am actually going to stop by a BB to look at it today

I have been using a flip 5 for past two years and it has been great, no sign of any problem with the folding screen. I had a fold 7 for a while and that held up great. I think the folding screen and the hinge has matured to the point that you don't need to worry about that anymore.

I just went to Best Buy to check out the phones. The Folds are really nice. The Flip does not look like much of an upgrade from the 7. Still not sure I want to invest that much in a phone

$536 with S26 ultra on Samsung website + clear case + Buds + Charger for free and then 10% offered as refund via chat support so total would be around $480 . I will stick to samsung dealer.

Here 1199 + tax + $100 around in bill = total would be around 1400 and then selling locally S26 ultra for 650-700 . Out of pocket around $700 and no free accessories. I am good .

Did you mean $536 as in $504 plus taxes? For cashback are you combining amex and cap one, note after the trade in your total will $500s not over $1000. I am also not sure if Samsung is offering 10 percent refund on cancellation now.

On the Fi side it will be $50 or less for the service with unmentionable credit as you have to sell S26U locally for close to $900 to make it sense over Samsung. Here is the recent sales https://ibb.co/5hzRLTst and this year I sold S25U in Feb for $800 so I optimistic to sell it for $900 4 months for release.
