I got the same noti if this is what you received "Only 4 days left to get up to $800 off...". But I just opened the account with flex plan last week and paid my 1st bill today.

Yeah that's the new user promo which involves bill credits and expires on 7th. This deal is more for existing user which ends on Aug 27th.

I guess what we are learning here is perhaps if you don't sign up with ref code it takes more than 21 days to be considered as an exsisting user. The 21 days for exsisting user timeline was all from people using ref code I suppose. I suppose when you did the deal last year you used ref code. Please keep us posted when you see the deal
