They are great shoes for 5 mile or so runs as far as energy and cushion. The only problem is the lacing situation. They don't have the holes at the top allowing you to loop back through and crank them down like every other shoe.
If you crank these down, they hurt the tops of your feet like crazy. I find that my feet slide all over in these. At this point, I am just going to make my own hole at the top to fix this.
