I don't think profitable day traders would be looking for cheap deals.....unless there is luxury deals haha

You are correct - true day traders are busy selling their books/reports/classes (when they are not working the counter at the next door Starbucks).

I thought this was going to be a book about Japanese candlesticks and am mildly disappointed.

One of the first books I read about trading. If you understand this is just part of your trading knowledge and are not looking for the magic bullet that never fails it can be a great resource. This book was written when candlestick charts were not mainstream as they have become now.

"Japanese Candlestick Charting Techniques"
It may have been useful decades ago, but its techniques feel outdated in today's markets. Relying on them without proper risk management could seriously damage your trading account. I would not recommend it.

This was in vogue centuries ago where the supply demand source established better causality to price. These days, price of any asset has gazillion parameters across all asset classes including yield curve, arbitrages, volatility etc. I will not waste $2 on this. Invest in ETFs and sleep well in night.

90% of professional traders couldn't even beat the S&P 500, let alone the average Joe like us on Slickdeals. Why not just put your money into the SP 500 index?

I went into emergency surgery and I remember hearing female Nurse to a female assistant, "he needs a three-way".

I can tell you that's not what you think.
