This adjustable dumbbell set stands out for its low price and compact home gym use, especially when space is tight. The set is described as arriving quickly, with good quality for the price and the same basic build as a similar version under a different label, just with extra weights. The main drawbacks are the plastic, somewhat flimsy feel and the slow weight changes, which can make repeated exercises tedious. It is a budget-friendly option if convenience matters more than premium construction.
Common Questions (5)
Yes. The plates are reported to be non-metal and most of the other parts are plastic, which makes the set feel cheap and lowers resale value.
Weight changes can take a long time because the plates have to be reassembled for different exercises. The plate-holding nuts can also loosen during use, so readjustment may be needed mid-set.
It can work well for limited-space home training and lighter lifting, and it is described as decent for that use. The tradeoff is that the setup is bulky to reconfigure and may feel flimsy compared with higher-end adjustable systems.
The code appears to work again, but it may take a couple of tries. In the Amazon app, tapping the arrow may be needed for it to apply.
Yes, one buyer reported receiving the set the next day. The same comment also said the quality was good on arrival.

I will say I use it to train with my children (11 and younger). And I ended up purchasing a bench and squat rack to cover those muscles. That ended up around $400, and it started with a purchase of these supposedly home gym. I kept both these (of another brand) and my squat rack setup.
