Skip the poor quality product. It can't do advanced code clearing or bleed brakes. It can't do anything more than a typical OBD dongle paired with an app.
Of course it can't do coding and bleed brakes, it's an OBDII scanner, not a bidirectional scan tool. You'll be paying more than $20 and/or a subscription for them.

Looks like nice unit for the price and no battery to worry about.

I agree. Many of us can't afford an expensive tool. Especially something we won't use very often.
I opened the link, and went to cart. It showed a $16 Promotional credit. I put in the code and it showed "applied" but still just $16 off. Even tho' it showed $20 off code applied. I deleted it from my cart, went back, copied code to open site, then it showed $20 off.
I have an older Autel scanning unit I got from my son, but it suddenly stopped working. I've heard they will fix it, but only if you have had the yearly subscription, which I haven't.

By itself, it does everything that a typical OBD dongle paired with an app can do - without the hassle of pairing it with an app.

Can this reprogram key fobs or chips embedded inside keys Like Honda cars?

If not, what's the minimum vehicle tablet tool to get to support key programming?

Here is why, even the cheapest car key maker charges $60 for chip in key and $200 to $300 for fob.

However you can buy chip in key or key fob really cheap on Amazon or ebay, get it cut for cheap, the only missing piece is programming.

I had to buy one of these at NAPA over the weekend to diagnose a misfiring cylinder. For $20 I think it's worth throwing one of these into the glove box of an older car.

Basic scanner, cannot access all diagnostics. I bought this last year. While changing the transmission fluid on my Camry recently I discovered it couldn't display transmission fluid temp. After a simple search learned this is a 'basic' not 'full-system' scanner and it cannot access the Transmission Control Module. Yes, it's only $20, but understand it's limitations.

You need to echo the display to a TV screen? Why on earth would you expect an HDMI port on a scan tool?

How new is your Camry? Does it even have a transmission temp sensor? Just curious when those became a thing, since the newest car I've driven is a 2019 w/o one.
