The picture is weird but it fits 2 normal sized spools just fine. I wouldn't recommend this unit though. Mbiggest complaints are the noise (its quite loud and the pitch is very grating) and the fact that the vent holes for moisture are undersized. I tend to resolve the latter issue by propping the lid slightly ajar when drying, otherwise the ambient humidity in the chamber takes forever to actually drop. Short of modding the fan I don't think theres much to do about the noise.

Its just a bad product image, it fits two standard spools like every other 2 bay dryer.

Have you tried to get it replaced? I bought mine on the last deal and the fans are fairly quiet with no noticeable pitch issue. Its not even as loud as my P1S with its fans on.
