I guess I should've pulled the trigger yesterday at $399. It is $449 today for the V2. Essentially same unit but with 4 outlets and a higher wattage rating of 2600. still seems worth the money. Regardless, not great comments around the seller of these units if there is an issue.

I see 399 for the V2 now. Note that the v2 also has 10ms UPS transfer time for switchover (vs 20ms). Most non-battery computers (miniPC/NAS/Desktops) require <10ms transfer time).

I bought the V2 from them a few weeks ago. Was handy when the power went out 2 days after I got it. Haven't had issues. Not sure if they're great for support if there's an issue, but it's DJI and they generally make solid equipment.

Support was great last year when one of the USB ports flaked, they wanted me to ship it back for repair to which I didn't have the original box. They shipped me an empty box with a return label. ~2 weeks later I had a brand new unit at my door step. 10/10 would recommend.

Re: the V2. Isn't it true that it is technically not available in the U.S.? If true, all warranty issues will have to be at the mercy of the seller and not DJI.

The v2 has slightly higher power rating, faster response time 10 down from 20, 2x the AC outlets, thicker casing material (which makes it weigh a tiny bit more than the V1) and importantly if you are planning to use this off-grid with solar, the V2 has the wireless tech built-in to solar charge. The V1 needs a separate module.
