I don't know what Fandango was thinking. I already wrote to them last time. The promo should be one free ticket capped at $15 like most promos. That way you can only get one free ticket per account. There wouldn't be anybody ordering tickets from nowhere in order to earn massive theater rewards because they would have to pay anything over $15.
Fandango tracks IP address and hardware/software signature. You will be able to place 3 orders within 24 hours with the same setup. If you use VPN and install add-on container to alter your machine setting, you'll be able to use more accounts provided someone didn't use that IP address already. Even with this limitation, three is usually enough for most people.
