This has center knurling and is better suited as a power-lifting bar. Using it for cleans will rip up your chest. It also wouldn't be my favorite for benching. It's also, as others noted, a 15KG bar. That's standard for ladies, but longer than a typical 15KG bar. In other words, this is kind of a weird barbell. It's also only rated for 500lbs, so you aren't going to be doing heavy deadlifts. I wouldn't be deadlifting over 350lbs to 400lbs with this thing.

I wouldn't get this as my main primary barbell. Maybe as a second bar for overhead presses or landmine rows.
