This Gourmia French door toaster oven air fryer is best as a compact all in one countertop oven for baking, broiling, toasting, and air frying. It handles pizza well, can fit a 12 inch pizza or a 4 pound chicken, and has been used as a primary oven for years with solid results. The main drawbacks are heat, since the doors, sides, and rack can get very hot, and the spring loaded doors can burn fingers. Clearance matters, and the middle shelf and exposed elements reduce usable space.
Home cooks replacing a full-size oven, because it can serve as the primary oven and still bake, broil, toast, and air fry well.
Yes. Pulling one handle can open both French doors together, which also means the doors can swing open quickly and the metal surfaces can be easy to touch when hot.
Yes. It is described as able to bake a 12-inch pizza and handle up to a 4 lb chicken, so it works for larger everyday oven tasks beyond toast and snacks.
Yes. It also bakes, broils, and toasts, and it can crisp pizza well when reheating. If you only want air frying, a traditional air fryer may be the better fit.
It can be a solid buy, but several price references put it closer to the $59-$69 range, with a prior Black Friday price of $49 and another purchase at $120 on sale. At $89, it is above the most attractive historical pricing.
It says volume is 24L ie about 25 qt. Is that big or small for everyday needs\uses? I want to find something that I can easily bake pies and chicken and various other dishes. Any advice?

Probably depends what diameter of pies you usually make are? Just eyeing the dimensions, 10" should be golden.
Had mine for a year. I'd say its ok but I think I prefer the traditional style air fryers. I have a few issues. Probably wouldn't buy again
I've been burnt by the doors multiple times due to them been spring loaded when you open them. So when pulling the handle it had opened and my fingers touched the very hot metal doors. The entire unit gets very hot other than the handles
The heating element will get drips of food if you don't use the metal tray to cover it.
Every time I use it my counter will get covered in crumbs vs traditional ones where it stays inside the basket

I've had one for 2 years now and it has been GREAT...much better that the early Black & Deckers.
Agree. Some say there is heat leakage between the doors but we're on our second Gourmia French Door in five years and we use it as the primary oven 90% of the time. Only issue is with the rack on the middle shelf, it's easy to burn yourself so always use gloves.

Air fryer is only one option. If that's all you're using it for, get a traditional one. This bakes, broils, toast, etc. in addition to air frying. I actually love using the air fryer to reheat pizza. It comes out crispy perfect every time.

Yep I understand that but airfryer aspect is irrelevant to most of my issues with it. Heat transfer, Gap in doors and exposed heating elements cutting down usable cooking area. I thought I'd just give my input as someone owning it for multiple years. But thanks for telling me I did more than airfry
I've had this for almost 2 years, no problems with it. It doesn't perfectly seal in the middle so the heat leaks a bit but never made the food come out bad. My primary reason for getting this was because I didn't like the non stick coating on other air fryers. I paid 120 for mine and it was on sale, so I believe this to be a good deal.
Hands down the best air fryer below $100. When ours died we replaced it a couple years ago with the same model it is that good. Very handy having an extra set of trays. Walmart had it on black friday for $49. So questionable if this is a deal. Considering inflation $59-69 is more deal territory.
Just be warned it does get hot all around during longer use. It feels like it is not very insulated at all. It does work very well for the price but don't set it below cabinets or directly up against a wall! Clearance is king with this model, otherwise it is a really solid toaster/air fryer. The popcorn function is dumb, don't buy it for that.

This is mid-size. If you need something bigger, the 37L version is on sale for $139 ($25 less than Amazon's price).

The toaster oven can bake, broil, and toast in addition to air frying for more cooking versatility.
The unit can reheat pizza and produce a crispy result rather than just warming it through.
The French door toaster oven can be used as a primary oven for most daily cooking tasks.
The cooking area can accommodate a 12-inch pizza and up to a 4 lb chicken.
The spring-loaded French doors can burn fingers when the hot metal doors open during handle use.
The unit can get very hot around the sides during longer use, so clearance from cabinets and walls matters.
Food drips and crumbs can collect on the counter if the metal tray is not used to cover the heating element.
Heat transfer gaps and exposed heating elements can reduce usable cooking area and leave some heat leakage.
