This Gourmia French door toaster oven air fryer is best as a compact all in one countertop oven for baking, broiling, toasting, and air frying. It handles pizza well, can fit a 12 inch pizza or a 4 pound chicken, and has been used as a primary oven for years with solid results. The main drawbacks are heat, since the doors, sides, and rack can get very hot, and the spring loaded doors can burn fingers. Clearance matters, and the middle shelf and exposed elements reduce usable space.
The toaster oven can bake, broil, and toast in addition to air frying for more cooking versatility.
The unit can reheat pizza and produce a crispy result rather than just warming it through.
The French door toaster oven can be used as a primary oven for most daily cooking tasks.
The cooking area can accommodate a 12-inch pizza and up to a 4 lb chicken.
The spring-loaded French doors can burn fingers when the hot metal doors open during handle use.
The unit can get very hot around the sides during longer use, so clearance from cabinets and walls matters.
Food drips and crumbs can collect on the counter if the metal tray is not used to cover the heating element.
Heat transfer gaps and exposed heating elements can reduce usable cooking area and leave some heat leakage.
