If I had to have a complaint, it would be that the charger/charging process doesn't automatically end when the batteries are full. There's a fan in the charger and one in the mower that will just stay on until you unplug it. So I have to set a reminder to come back and unplug things after it's charged. Seems like it could be smarter than that, but it's just a small nuisance.

Also expect alot less mowing coverage than advertised. I tried to mow 2 acres, grass about 1ft high, with 8x-5amp hr batteries and only made it 1/3rd of the way.

I had thought that the mower came with the mulching kit, but the 60V Walmart version did NOT. It is a chute/mulching blade, with another blade for bagging, also not included.
I had purchased what I thought was a simple mulching block for the mower, but it included no hardware. Supposedly it reused hardware already on the mower, which I found to be half-true. After going through tech support, which was fairly good, with the ability to email back pictures and diagrams between us while on the call, they don't simply have a kit for mulching configuration. They have a set of pieces, not all of which are in stock across all countries in which they sell parts. In the end they sent me all the parts they had in stock. There are a couple of brackets that "move" the holes from the deck to where the mulching block needs them.
That is a big gripe of mine, because I would much rather mulch grass. But it's mulching now and I love this thing. I was coming from 3/4 to acre, mowing with a 40V 21" for the past 5 years. This is a great upgrade!
