- Mikolo adjustable dumbbells with a weight range of 5 LBS-26.5 LBS, each dumbbell has 6 different weights to choose from: 5/9/13.5/18/22.5/26.5. Each weight plate is only 1" wide and weighs approximately 4-4.5 LBS (10 pieces in total). 1 pair of adjustable dumbbells equals 6 pairs of regular dumbbells! Dynamic Dimensions, dumbbell length increases as additional weight is added.

For extremely high end dumbbells for the most serious weight lifters, which go from 80lbs up to 120lbs each, can withstand drops to floor, increments of 5 lbs, etc. check out Freak Athlete brand just announced adjustable dumbbell at the recent Home Gym Conference 2026... There are a few Youtube video demos and evaluations by those who attended the Home Gym Con. I will never be able to use such heavy dumbbells, but I'm sure some do!
