Good luck getting your order. I've placed two in the last several weeks, and both times the shoe that I ordered has gone out of stock. What's worse, that shoe size/width still shows orderable on their site.

Some good deals if you get them.

Same, I never had good customer service with them, extremely rude too. Also, please be mindful that they only sell factory seconds, so you're gonna have fitment issues with some of the shoes, like irregular shapes, the arch of insoles protruding on the wrong side, etc.

I had shoes like these, I absolutely loved them then after six months they got holes in the top above your toes. Customer service offered me a coupon worse than the current website promo. I stick to sketchers.

I had a similar problem with my last pair of NB after only a couple of weeks . They wouldn't respond to any of my complaints and I won't buy from them anymore. Brooks and Nike are much better.

Its worth remembering with any shoe company that buying their cheapest shoes like the 520 isn't a good indication of them as a total brand at each level. I'd never buy the 520, but would buy a 1080 or SC Elite level shoe.

watch out on the 520s...they have a big ugly 520 logo on the heel which is conveniently not shown in any of the pics on this site

$120 is a ridiculously low price for the Supercomp Elite v5. If you want a shoe for race days and your fastest workout efforts, you could do a whole lot worse.

Absolutely. I'm guessing they bought one of NB's more budget-oriented shoes, were disappointed, and wrote off the entire brand.
