Got mine in today. I suppose there are technically "scratches" on it, like a couple of small nicks in the decorative plastic parts. The main thing is that there was old, gross dried milk on the base of the steam wand. I cleaned that up with some vinegar, removed the tip, and cleaned that, then washed every removable part of the machine in soap and water and it's good as new.

I did notice water on the counter after running a cleaning cycle and several wand purges. I don't know if the machine was technically leaking or the tray just got full. No leaking when making drinks. Will keep an eye on that.

Also, it makes one heck of a cappuccino.

I ended up buying different model from ebay deal (https://slickdeals.net/f/19839654-refurbished-ninja-luxe-caf-premier-series-coffee-espresso-machine-350-99?p=185917980#post185917980)

It came like new in pristine condition. Pretty happy. And yes, love the coffee.

I received the scratch and dent from Woot last week, and frankly, I am pleasantly surprised. Looks really good. No scratches that I could find. Two small dings on the tamper cover. That's it. Looks unused.
