Community Reviews
This EGO 18 inch chainsaw kit stands out for pairing the saw with a 6 amp hour battery, which feels especially valuable for light to moderate yard work and occasional cuts like posts or cleanup. The battery is a major draw because it outclasses smaller packs for longer runs, and the newer variant is said to have a redesigned tensioner. The main cautions are that the chain tensioner and chain reinstall can be awkward, and the saw can feel underpowered on dense wood unless paired with a larger battery. A solid fit if runtime matters more than brute force.
