clicked on the link to go to the vendor's page... could not find anywhere that says the license is RETAIL, yet it says "Retail" on the deal description. Am I missing something here?!?!

Just like someone else said if your computer specs are compatible. Your 10 will give you a free upgrade to 11. The only thing would be if you want to go from the home edition to the professional edition. At that point, if you want a 11 professional key, I suggest Groupon.

groupon, stacksocial, softmall, digitalkeysbox, all have the same overpriced grey market keys. If going grey market why overpay just to cover the fat commissions
