Just a heads up these aren't food grade because of the dye so no food items should come in contact with the bucket itself. Wrapped candy should be fine though. Had to explain this to someone in my area why keeping pasta salad in a 5 gallon hd bucket is a bad idea.

Community Reviews

This 2 gallon orange Halloween bucket is a simple empty HDPE bucket that works well for trick or treat use, storage, garden tasks, and other small jobs. The size gets praise for being handy, with mentions of good thickness and a carry handle, and some stores have plenty in stock even when the website shows limited availability. The main caveat is that it is not food grade and does not include candy or batteries. A few reports also mention cracked bottoms after sitting for a while, so it is a practical pick if you want a cheap reusable bucket rather than a food container.

I guess I'm the only one who sees paying $3 to advertise for Home Depot is a bad deal.
Thats what I'm thinking. They should be free.

Not eligible for online pickup, smh 🙄
Delivery (free) is on backorder til mid August+.

My store has limited stock but others have 1215 & 911 in stock as well.
My local HD shows "limited stock" online but had hundreds stacked up in the center aisle.

Wrong, just ONE poster.

It's an important fact, and bares repeating.
It only bares repeating if you are making cookie dough in it. These are not for that. So many keyboard saviors on SD these days. Same everytime someone posts a portable AC with a single hose. Warriors have to come in and rescue everyone by saying that single hose are less than the already inefficient dual hose. Portable ACs are temporary stop gaps. you aren't rescuing anyone
You guys want to save everyone from puttin candy wrapped in plastic in a bucket that isn't made to put raw food in.
Thanks for your input. vomit

I got two of last years buckets. After sitting a while, both of the bottoms of the buckets cracked and split completely in the center. Anyone experience this?

I've been making my Arthur Blank jack-o-lanterns out of these for around 25 years now.....
