The Duramo SL comes across as a very cheap budget running shoe that is better suited to yard work or casual wear than actual runs. The low price around $25 to $30 is the main draw, and the fit runs a bit small, so sizing up may help. Against that, the shoes are described as uncomfortable for long wear, noisy, and sometimes poorly built, with reports of curved soles, peeling, and parts coming apart quickly. A low-cost option if durability and running comfort are not the priority.
Casual yard work wearers who want a cheap beater shoe, because these are described as decent for yard use at around $25 to $30.
They are generally not a good choice for running; the curved sole can make running feel weird, and the shoe is described as uncomfortable for continuous wear. They are better suited as cheap yard or casual shoes than as a dedicated running shoe.
Durability is a common concern: one pair reportedly came apart within a week due to poor assembly, and another set wore through and started peeling after about two months. For a budget shoe, they may be fine for light use, but they do not seem built for heavy mileage.
They can run a bit small, so sizing up is worth considering if you want a more comfortable fit. That matters especially if you plan to wear them for longer periods or with thicker socks.
They are described as not comfortable for continuous wear, even for walking. If you need a shoe for long shifts or all-day use, these may be a poor fit.
I got these the last time they were in sale. Bottom part wasn't glued and tongue was halfway sewn on. It actually completely came off in a week. I have no clue how whoever boxed this was like "meh"

To be fair, if you were making only $0.12/hour, you probably wouldn't give a crap either.
Grabbed a few last time and they're definitely cheap. I normally get $30-ish shoes that last me around six months — these barely made it two before the soles wore through and started peeling off. They also make annoying squeaky noise (NSFW). All 4-5 pairs so far.

They can squeak loudly during wear, enough to be distracting at work. The noise was bad enough that one wearer stopped using them in that setting.
