Disney and Royal Caribbean: Strictly bans any multi-plug adapter that adds extra AC wall outlets (even non-surge protected ones). You are only allowed to bring multi-port USB charging blocks that plug into a single outlet and provide USB-A or USB-C charging. Standard power strips, extension cords, and cube expanders are routinely confiscated during security screening

*You left out game consoles but honestly all of those ship with less than a 65W chargers so they should be fine as well.
FWIW, I've never met a laptop that won't charge on 65W, but some can demand more (especially under load). A few 'gaming' or desktop replacements even demand 140w+ not to LOSE charge but those often have their own AC adapter (not USB C charging) so this wouldn't be much help anyway, unless you are using the 120v plugs and the OEM charger.
P.S. $20 still seems expensive for what it is. I could be wrong.
