Noticed that in the description under warranty it states: "90 Day Woot Limited Warranty". This contradicts above where it states: "1 Year Parts & Labor Warranty, Free Lifetime Tech Support". A friend purchased a "New" Apple Mac PC from Woot that arrived with another company's custom OS software installed which couldn't be removed. I'd exercise caution when buying PCs from them and suggest getting confirmation in an email in advance whether its brand new/factory sealed or reconditioned and to clarify which warranty applies.

This is brand new, and will be shipped from Amazon's same inventory on the Amazon listing that is priced at $2350 and selling quick at that price.

The warranty is a different discussion, probably only 90 days despite being new.

In my experience Cyberpowerpcs are returned the most. I wouldn't trust this especially considering the warranty confusion.

I got a system with basically these specs but with a 7800x3d instead of the 9900x for $1300 about a year ago, and was a good deal at the time.

Given that was pre-rampocalypse prices, a $200 premium seems about right across the gpu, ssd, and ram.

This is more of a known issue with Amazon's intermingled stock with 3rd party sellers inventory.

If you haven't gotten a return or used item sold as a new one from Amazon yet, you haven't slick deal'd hard enough.

Check CyberPowerPC reviews. I would not purchase another CyberPowerPC again. I purchased directly from from CyberPower. The build quality was not great missing extra fans ordered and poor wiring. It eventually died at 1 year exactly. Customer service was horrible and offered no help.
