Anyone know if the side trays fold down? Or whether you can just not install them? I hoping to put this on a balcony and I don't have a ton of space.

They looked fixed, the left side appears to just have two bolts on the top (from the product photos) so is likely added during assembly. The right side you can't tell but I bet it is also not shipped attached. Also factor in under the right side the tank appears to store there so even if you removed that side you would have the tank there unless you ran a longer supply hose or something.

Bought one. Based on a few of the reviews I went ahead and sprung for the extended warranty (which I usually never do) but it was only $18 for three years. If I can't handle 50¢ a month then I'm doing something wrong.

Is yours the one with the digital temp screen? I don't believe these have that feature. Mine doesn't have a digital screen on it. EDIT: Disregard. These all have that sensor. Yikes. Better find my receipt. LOL

Not worth it. I bought a 4 burner Loco smart temp a couple years ago. I got about 10 uses out of it, it's completely fried now. I can't use it at all, and there's no way to bypass the electrical component and just run it without the smart temp feature. Spoke with their customer service and claimed there's nothing they can do for me.

I have found these griddles are hard to keep clean and rust free, even if you oil them. Also rats love the smell of grease and leave droppings etc. I would cover the griddle with a thin sheet of metal cut to fit precisely when not in use to keep rats off.

I have a 4-burner Traeger and gave my 4-burner Blackstone to my parents. This deal was too good to pass up, so I grabbed one just for the heck of it. I'll probably end up giving it to my sister. Now I can see which one I like best. The Traeger will probably come out on top, to be honest, but I'm curious to see how this brand holds up.
