I know this has a tandem OLED panel but man, it's crazy how much better the C5 deals were this time last year.

13 months ago I got a 77" C5 bundled with the same exact soundbar for $1799.99

C6H vs G6, tough call. good deal though, thumbs up just be careful of using angie installers for any sort of wall mount

Thanks. To me this seems like a good deal for the newer one with installation and soundbar - what am I missing? Im not a LG member so not even sure if I can pull on this deal but if I had to - how would I go about it?

Would you say that the C6H is significantly better than the C5 then?

Also, I wish they had deals for the 83", I always see the 77" on sale…

"Significantly better" is a stretch I'd say, as someone who has a C5 and G5 in my home (both panel types)

The only way I'd ever notice any difference between them is maybe if they were side-by-side, and even then it's pretty marginal from the comparison videos I've seen on YouTube.

What about reflections? I have 6 year old C9 it is like a mirror. Does C6H handle reflections like G5

No. The C Series in general do not handle reflections well, or nearly to the level of the G Series and that includes the C6 and C6H.

Reflection handling is actually the biggest real-world difference between the C and G series TVs if you ask me. It's a massive difference and one of the true "premium" niceties you get when you buy a G Series set.

Far more noticeable than any picture quality differences, that's for sure.

Possibly some quality control issues w/ the 77" C6H and G6 (but not the 83"), making me think that's why they're on sale, so not eager to pull the trigger.

I ordered but getting cold feet on this. Is the heat sink necessary for this TV? I have C9 and is working fine for the last 6 years. I don't think it has heat sink. Had anyone experienced returning such a big TV after being delivered? Looks like there is a restocking fee of 15%.

LG Partner Store access can be obtained with a Hulu trial account - there is a LG Partner verification on the site as well. I haven't done it but that is what I've read from other threads so these are basically accessible by all

Found a way to get the lg member through company now just debating between c5 or c6 for $600 diff. I am at Sams and the difference is vast between the two. C6 is way more crisp

I am blown away by the clarity of my 77" C6H at pretty much everything I throw at it. I assume it has to do with the processor but may be more to it. I've had a 42" C2 as my monitor since launch so it's not my first rodeo with an LG OLED either.
