FWIW the MF50 has been as low as about $20. The 60 is comparable but supposedly has a sturdier build and comes with a couple more nozzles. The 70 is the 60 but with 2x 3000 mah cells (versus the 2x 2500 mah cells in the 50 and 60).
The MF100 has been in the low $40s on sale. It's larger and more powerful. It has 2x (larger) 21700 cells (vs the 18650 cells in the 50/60/70). The MF200 is comparable to the MF100 but has a removeable battery pack (containing 2x 21700 size cells). It has a bit higher performance as well supposedly.
There's now a MF400 which I don't know much about wrt to performance, but it is much larger as it has 6x non-removable 2500mah cells, presumably 18650 size.
MF vs DF in the model number is just the color of the tool IIRC.

I also have 2 other brands of Chinese generic air duster fans that were purchased at, or around the $20 price point. I'm not sure what others use case scenarios are for these blowers, but unlike a lawn blower or fan, these are used sparingly by me. I use mine for Computer or Electronics cleaning, fire stoking, blowing 3dprinter debris, and also annoying kids and pets. All my use cases for these involve very short duty cycles, so Even if Wolfbox somehow packs more punch and reliability into the same frame size as all the other very similar generic Chinese blowers, I just personally don't see the point in paying a 3-6x premium. Just my $.02.
