So funny I've had it happen twice yet I still keep buying the sauces and soups especially when you know the cost in the store.

It isn't just glass jars that are prone to damage.
This past week I received two shipments of AC filters from Lowes via Fedex that were beat to crap.

I PRAY for broken jars because I order several items and if one jar is broken I do the online chat and they give me the entire order for FREE, this happened 3/3 times I had a broken jar each time got from $22 to $47 FREE.

Rao's IMO is the baseline for bottled pasta sauce offerings. This is a great price for it too.

It's not the best sauce, but it's among the only decent bottled options out there.

Usually options in the $3-$4 sauce range and below are crap IMHO

I add beef bouillon and other umami stuff in my meat tomato sauce pasta so having this brighter style sauce is useless (general raos non bolognese). And I go for bulk unless I'm trying to do a brighter sauce specifically.

Just saying Prego and Ragu have a place. ESp for people on budget.
