Anker's 65W three port GaN charger is a compact travel charger that can power multiple devices from one brick and, for some setups, charges faster than the included laptop adapter. It is also smaller and lighter than some bundled 65W chargers, making it handy for desk or trip use. The main drawback is fit in the wall, since the long, heavy body can sag or pull out of loose or worn outlets, especially with a cable attached. It works best in sturdier sockets or flat power strips.
Common Questions (4)
It can sag and pull itself out of wall sockets because the charger is long and relatively heavy, especially with a cable attached or in loose, worn outlets. It tends to work better in flat power strips or sturdier outlets.
It is convenient for travel because one small charger can power multiple devices, but its long body can be awkward in wall sockets and international adapters. A shorter, fatter charger may fit travel setups better if outlet retention matters.
It is smaller and lighter than some laptop bricks, including a Lenovo 65W charger, but it is still long enough that some users do not consider it truly "nano." The size tradeoff is part of why it can be more prone to sagging in wall outlets.
It can get really warm during use. That heat has led some shoppers to compare it unfavorably with cheaper chargers, though no durability issue is confirmed from the comments.
