This is a very cheap Costco two pack of Philips Sonicare DiamondClean Smart handles, but the deal is extremely hard to find and the app inventory has been unreliable. The package appears to vary by item number, with older boxes including A3 heads and newer ones including A3 All in One Premium heads.
