"Seed oils cause chronic inflammation" this is a highly contested statement with no scientific data to support it. But since it could technically happen, wellness community take it for granted as a blanket

Love em, do not really care if they are "healthy".
Living to 72 so far and eat the food that tastes good to me.
Good price and easy to cook in the air fryer.
Enjoy your food . The spring roll isn't likely to kill you unless that is the focus of your diet . If your life hangs so precariously that it depends on a couple of snack items you are in deep trouble.

Mine in a pinch: 3 TBsp Soy, 1 TBsp rice wine vinegar, 1/2 tspn organic ginger powder, whirr with a frother in a tall glass. A splash of chili oil to add heat if desired.

Might want to double check that. That's only wheat grown in northern states and parts of Canada that have a short harvest season. Most of America's wheat does not use glyphosate. This was published by a magazine that no longer exists. The same magazine that claimed MMR vaccines cause autism. Major countries have rebuked this claim since then, and have not found glyphosate in wheat causes any human problems.

I tend to stay away from "spring rolls" because they tend to be really greasy since they don't use a regular egg roll wrapper.

I'll stick with Minh pork egg rolls. BTW the Minh egg rolls are the same ones Jack In The Box sells
