I got one of these used on ebay for $220 before the AI boom, its a great POE 10gbe switch (but a bit loud and power hungry). Its bigger brother the 48-UXMA is the one to get if you want 48 ports (12 are 10GBE and the rest are "only" 2.5GBE), can still find them for $1000 on ebay, can easily power a very crazy Ubiquiti network without much fuss.

Nope. For a 10gig managed switch with good uplinks.

All 24 ports capable of 10gig and the switch can handle that kind of throughput.
