I signed up 30 min ago, along with phone number text signup as well, and still nothing.
Add/Edit:
They emailed a $10 off $50+ coupon and it arrived in my inbox after about an hour. Seems they've gotten $5 less generous.

They emailed a $10 off $50+ coupon and it arrived in my inbox after about an hour. Seems they've gotten $5 less generous.
After waiting 45 min with no word, I signed up for the email/text alerts under a different Gmail addy.
Then I finally got the emailed $10 off coupon under the original email addy 15 min later (1 hour total wait time) and nothing ever came on the (unrelated to my account) 2nd Gmail addy.
