Not sure how the math worked out but there was a mystery Promotional Credit for $1.75
For anyone who wants to know gluconate is a pretty good form of minerals...it's no bisglycinate, but it's also not -oxide, which is bottom of the barrel (perhaps literally) garbage with around a 4% absorption rate. If you see a lot of oxides in your vitamins, look for a new brand that actually cares about selling something of value.
30mg is a good amount for mens hormones, 50 is usually too much, stomach pains
yeah Gemini told me not to go above 40 mg for concerns about blocking copper, too. I think 30 is "just right" for the boys, too, given that absorption will not be 100%.
