I just got the black one too.
It's been a while since I bought from Amazon.
The "Use a gift card, voucher, or promo code" small text link was under the "Paying with Mastercard XXXX" text.
I just got it. Started at 70% and stayed there for about 30-min of use. Plugged into charger and it got to 80%, then 90% within 2 minutes.
