Most of the products offered by this obscure brand seem to not have many reviews. Except their sourop extract with over 2k positive reviews. Maybe that is their star product 🤔 and the rest are either newly launched or not that good 🤔

Waste of money if you ask me. 4 pills (or one serving) has 3 grams of fiber. That's the equivalent to about 1/10th the fiber in a can of black beans that you can get for under $1.

Can grab Kirkland brand from Costco. I've been taking 1 tsp Kirkland metamucil and 1 tsp pure psyllium husk mixed in water, twice daily. It absolutely worked to control hunger, digestion, cholesterol.
