I was thinking the same thing. For 30k btu? Yet only 120v? I have an electric hot tub heater and it takes forever on 120v. the hot tub is only 200+ gallons and it struggles to keep it hot when the cover is off. I was looking at this too get it even hotter but not at 120v.
