I wonder how long an 18v battery (even high Ah rating one) would run this 145W light?

I bought one and returned. Use a 6Ah HO battery and didn't last two basement bathroom exhaust fan installation at max setting.

That's certainly a data point, but without knowing how fast or slow you are with bathroom fan installation, this doesn't tell me much. Either way, I wouldn't have terribly high expectations of "Ecarke" knockoff Milwaukee gizmos.

I would be VERY wary of these third-party tools.

They frequently do NOT have protection against draining your battery too low -- so if you use this and deplete your battery, it might be in an unrecoverable/unchargeable state.

Looks pretty cheap with those 2001 reflectors.

Remember to disconnect the battery after use otherwise the battery will get drained. This is stated on the website and instruction booklet. I don't have this exact unit but similar, it's very bright, equivalent to this brightness will cost over a hundred dollars. Try not to run it till the battery is dead then I think you will be fine. You can't beat beat the price for a comparable lighting.
