BUT it's not a carbon monoxide detector. The manual it comes with is a manual for a smoke version and smoke + CO version. But the actual device is just the smoke version and explicitly says it's not a CO detector.
Edit: above is what I tried on my phone. I tried on PC/Mac then it works. It will give you that discount only on desktop browser.
I was able to use the healthcare worker discount but had to do it from a desktop browser. Got the invalid code message when trying to do from my phone

Update: apparently they do have the correct model to send out and mine was just a mistake.
I am going to wait to reorder and see if it was just a couple mistakes or everyone is getting the wrong one.
Edit: thanks to Supernoman for finding the same deal for the wired version. Because my order hadn't shipped yet, I successfully cancelled (called customer service at 800-656-1918) the previous deal and placed a new order for the wired version.

The 2 KIDDE Battery Smart Smoke Alarms haven't shipped yet - they're still pending. Since part of your order was delivered but the smoke alarms are still showing as unshipped, there may be a delay or inventory issue with that portion of your order.
I don't have visibility into when the smoke alarms will ship or if there's a specific issue causing the delay. I'd recommend reaching out to a support agent who can check the status of the unshipped items and provide you with an update on when to expect them.
