Placed an order for the wired version last night and received a shipping timeline email this morning with the smoke only alarms listed. Spent 50+ minutes on the phone and eventually the CSR confirmed with the logistics department that the CO + smoke detectors will be sent out. So I will have to wait an see whether that's true or not.

Well I spoke to soon. The package says "Smoke and carbon monoxide alarm", but inside is just the smoke alarm.

What a cluster fark!

Received four wired smoke alarms today, labeled as smoke and CO2 on the outside. No cameras were in the box. So now the return process begins.

Same....My outside sealed box said Smoke and CO with Model RGSAR-RW.....my inside box said smoke only but same Model number: Model RGSAR-RW (but with a different UPC code). I think Kidde might have screwed up in boxing up the product as the correct product model is: RGCUAR-RW.

Note- I'm going to try calling Kidde tomorrow morning and see if they can do anything. I don't think this is Ring's fault.

I ordered 2, received smoke alarms only models. I'm currently in support hell with Ring. They have told me I have to contact Kidde regarding the issue and then proceeded to give me the wrong phone number.

"I think Kidde customer service is not available right now. Kidde 336-668-2423 โ€ขMonday - Friday: 8 a.m. โ€“ 7 p.m. EST"

I have told them that phone number is for an RSVP Communications but they just keep saying it's the only number they have on file. Sounds like orders are fullfilled by Kidde rather than RING. Quite annoying to be redirected to another company for this issue.
