What's this brand having for doubling the price over other brands?
I haven't seen any 30" electric mowers with the ah's this comes with anywhere close in price. Most are 19-22" which takes 50% more time to mow. I'd love to be proven wrong.
For those wondering why the normally high price over $2k, this is a 30" width mower, with 2 blades side by side instead of 1. And the 2x10ah batteries is a ton of battery, compared to 1x4ah or 6ah that you'd get with a standard entry level mower.
"Timemaster" is meant to mean it will save you time because it has such a wide cutting path compared to 21" standard widths
It seems to be a decent mower if it is what you want, but is geared toward commercial or larger lawns and is 153 lbs (2-3x normal mower weight).
Wish they had a sale on the Super Recycler battery version, I think the Toro "personal pace" self propelled method which is a push bar of sorts sounds a lot better than the awkward push buttons you have to hold with your thumb at of most of the other brands.

25" 60V Greenworks with 2 4AH batteries claims 1 acre
($850 retail, $600 when on sale)
21" 60V Greenworks with 2 4AH batteries claims 3/4 acre
($700 retail, always on sale around $500, I bought on clearance at $265. Bought one for my relative too)

+1 I have been looking for a sale on the 60v super recycler since they came out and still have yet to see anything. I love my personal pace 60v recycler but I'd like the switch to keep it on max power all the time.
Occasionally there are some sketchy deals on ebay but it seems like most stores don't carry much/any inventory of the 60v super recyclers which would necessitate seasonal discounts or clearance like they have on other products.
I have this, along with 3x 7.5Ah batteries and 3x 10Ah batteries. I think it's pretty great but is a massive battery hog on the max mode. The 30" width does save me a lot of time compared to my last 21" option.

I've had the gas Timemaster for around 8 years now. Definitely a time saver over a standard 21" mower (iirc it cut my mow time down from ~55 minutes to more like 40). Bit heavy to lug around my steep hill out back but it's the only thing I can use on it since it's too steep for my riding mower.
Not sure I'd get a battery version of it since I'm not sure Toro has great battery longevity support like Milwaukee, but yeah.. this seems fairly reasonable given the mower width and included batteries.
