These cycling shorts stand out for practical pocket storage and a padded, long inseam design that works well for rides and everyday carry. The side pockets and rear zipper pocket are handy for phones, snacks, gels, cash, cards, and Liquid IV, and the shorts are described as comfortable enough for regular riding. The 3D padding is framed as an entry point for padded shorts, though the foam pad may flatten over time and longer rides may call for better padding. Sizing also looks unusual, so checking measurements closely matters.

I love my pockets on my cargo bibs. Use them for fruit snacks, gels, and electrolyte packets. Jersey pockets get the peanut butter crackers, banana, phone, and frozen water bottle.
Fruit snacks and gels Smilie that's a good point...it's a great pocket for things that are okay in any shape. I feel like I have way more information about you now than one is allowed to have about a stranger for some reason. Thanks for sharing ,though. I live on liquid IV and sometimes forget them but I often have on yoga pants with said pocket and I'm now very grateful to know I'll never forget my liquid IV ever again because it now has an official pocket to live in. May you be well and may all your fruit trees grow tall, friend. ❤️

Way, WAY better having it on your leg than bunny hopping and having the phone hop out of your jersey pockets. Yes, first-hand experience. (I've fortunately never lost a phone or had it break that way - good case for the, lucky, win I guess. But it sure was an anxious 30s while I rode back to pick it up.)
Stupid bunny hops, I've had that issue. But the real kick in the pants is when you go over the bars on your mountain bike and have to root around ten yards into the woods trying to find the phone that flew out of your pocket.

I wouldn't use these as a Roadie, but I'm also a MTB'er so I could wear these under regular pants or shorts. And yes, the cargo comes in handy a lot since my small business is done 100% on my phone.

Junk. No reason for side pockets on cycling shorts.
I wouldn't ever buy shorts without the pockets again. Slipping my audio device into the elastic band is for animals.

Road cycling culture can be extremely brand-conscious. It's kind of like being the new kid in middle school and showing up in Walmart clothes and Ozark Trail tumbler while everyone else has whatever brands are considered cool at the time. So if they see a lesser-known Chinese brand at first glance, some cyclists are quick to write you off as a poser before they even judge the bike or the rider's skillset.

Sorry, I don't make the rules I just follow them.

As a cyclist way beyond middle school, I could give a fark what other cyclists think of my shorts, or the fact I wear a regular t-shirt when I'm out on my bike. Most of those people are douche bags anyway.
