Community Reviews
Ridgid's single drawer Pro Gear 2.0 box is a sturdy modular storage piece that works best in a wheeled stack, especially for tools you want quick access to without lifting a top lid. The drawer format is praised for convenience, and the box is described as well made and useful with the rest of the Pro Gear ecosystem. The main knocks are its weight, limited standalone usefulness, and the feeling that the large drawer wastes space compared with other configurations. It seems most appealing as part of a larger stack rather than as a lone box.
Common Questions (4)
It is most useful when paired with the Pro Gear ecosystem, especially the wheeled base or dolly. The box is fairly heavy on its own, but it becomes much more practical as a drawer module in a stacked setup on wheels.
The drawer takes up a lot of internal space for a single compartment, so it can feel wasteful for simple storage. It does make frequently used tools easier to access than top-lid boxes, especially in a stack.
Yes, it works well as a bottom bin or drawer module in a stack, and it is especially handy for dual tool stacks on wheels. The main advantage is quick access without removing a top lid box.
Yes, it can scan as clearance even when the shelf label still shows full price. One store had only two left, and the register scan confirmed the clearance price.

Really wanting to get into the Pro Gear system. After looking at this box in person I'm not sure it adds a ton of value as the drawer is so big. I really want to pickup a 3 drawer, hopefully a deal lands on one of those.
Sadly next to none of these HD clearance prices ever materialize in our local HDs.
Anyhow.
Loving the 3 drawers, got 6 of those.
2 of them modded with the drawer swap to become two drawer and four drawer.
