Ridgid's single drawer Pro Gear 2.0 box is a sturdy modular storage piece that works best in a wheeled stack, especially for tools you want quick access to without lifting a top lid. The drawer format is praised for convenience, and the box is described as well made and useful with the rest of the Pro Gear ecosystem. The main knocks are its weight, limited standalone usefulness, and the feeling that the large drawer wastes space compared with other configurations. It seems most appealing as part of a larger stack rather than as a lone box.

After looking at the reviews, I have to agree the space utilization of a drawer in a box is wasteful.
fwiw, in a stack, I'd much prefer a large drawer (at the cost of some space) over having to take boxes down to access from a top lid. I have a packout system and drawers are a must for often-used tools. My less used tools go in boxes with top lids because they can be a hassle to get to quickly and often.

FB marketplace scalpers are flipping the 1 drawer for $70 to $80. First it was for the $8.90 Ridgid fan, now it is the 1 drawer tool box.

Hmm, might have to consider this instead of Milwaukee.

These come in handy for riding on the lower shelf of my utility cart.

If I didn't already have Milwaukee, I'd consider this. The 3 box deal with wheels at $171 is a great starting kit. The big benefit of the Ridgid is that any box fits on the wheels. The Milwaukee is permanently on the one big box (top loading). Getting anything in and out of that is annoying. It would be great to put a single drawer box on wheels at times. Milwaukee definitely has more custom boxes and organizers than anyone though. I've considered some cheaper Ridgid boxes when they go on sale and seeing if I can add Packout feet to the bottom to attach to the stack.

Checked a dozen stores in the NY/NJ area and none have it at this price - they have it for $106. Would've loved to get it at the clearance price as it is super handy with dual tool stacks on wheels.
